Site Rules & Information

Code of Conduct

All members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and considerately. We are committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for everyone.

Plot Maintenance

• Plots must be kept tidy and reasonably cultivated
• Weeds must be controlled to prevent spread to neighboring plots
• Waste must be removed promptly
• Structures (sheds, greenhouses) must comply with site guidelines
• Regular inspections ensure standards are maintained

Water & Resources

• Water access is available but must be used responsibly
• Tools and equipment may be shared within the community
• Communal areas are for shared use by all members

Visiting & Access

• Family members may visit but must follow site rules
• Access is restricted to allocated visiting hours
• Pets must be under control at all times
• No commercial activity without committee approval

Health & Safety

• Pesticides must comply with site policy (many are restricted)
• Hazardous materials must be stored safely
• Report accidents or injuries immediately
• Follow fire safety guidelines

Fees & Payments

• Annual membership fees are due by Sunday 2nd August
• Plot rent is charged seasonally
• Late payments may result in plot suspension
• Refunds are not provided for unused portions of the season

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes should be reported to the committee. We will work to resolve conflicts fairly and promptly. Serious breaches of the code of conduct may result in plot termination.
